Alia Bhatt Praises Ranveer Singh's Energetic Approach on Film Sets
Alia Bhatt recently revealed Ranveer Singh's unique way of pumping up the entire cast and crew before shooting song sequences for his films. In an interview, Bhatt shared that Singh would always let out a scream before a take, spreading a contagious energy among everyone present on the set.
"He'll bring up everybody's energy on set, all the dancers, all the crowd, every technician is on some other level of energy at the end of it," said Bhatt, appreciating Singh's ability to elevate the atmosphere.
The duo is all set to mesmerize the audience with their upcoming film "Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani." During the press conference for the launch of the song "Dhindhora Baje," Bhatt credited Singh's high-energy approach for the song's popularity as it became an earworm for many.
When asked about dancing with Ranveer Singh, Bhatt playfully remarked, "Speaking of energy, honestly, when dancing with Ranveer Singh, if you don't put energy in then you are not going to be looked at at all. So I have to match up to him."
"Dhindhora Baje," choreographed by Vaibhavi Merchant, was no easy feat to master. Bhatt praised Merchant's guidance and mentioned that the intricate dance form demanded intense rehearsals for over a month. Together, they successfully aced the song, thanks to Vaibhavi Merchant's beautiful choreography.
"Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani" is an ambitious project by Karan Johar, marking his return to the director's chair after nearly seven years. The romantic comedy features an impressive ensemble cast, including Jaya Bachchan, Dharmendra, and Shabana Azmi in significant roles. Fans can anticipate the film's theatrical release on July 28, promising an exciting cinematic experience.
